Store Terms and Conditions

Introduction

  • This Agreement governs the use of https://www.hebrewlearners.center/ (the "Site") operated by Haley Danino (the "Provider"), which functions as an e-commerce platform for the sale of books and additional products.

  • Purchases made through the Site are subject to the terms and conditions detailed herein.

  • By purchasing any product through the Site, the Customer acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. This Agreement constitutes a binding contract between the Customer and the Provider.

 

Purchase Terms

  • The Site enables customers to make convenient, simple, and secure online purchases. Products may be purchased through the Site at any time, subject to availability. Purchases on the Site shall be made exclusively via credit card, and transactions shall be completed only upon approval by the credit card company. All product prices displayed on the Site are inclusive of VAT.

  • The Provider reserves the right to discontinue the marketing and sale of any product at any time and to deny purchasing rights through the Site at its sole discretion.

 

Returns and Cancellations

  • Cancellation of transaction in accordance with the Consumer Protection Regulations (Transaction Cancellation), 5771-2010 and the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981.

  • Purchase cancellations may be initiated through e-mail safotcourse@gmail.com. Cancellations shall become effective only upon receipt of email confirmation from the Provider acknowledging the cancellation request. Upon approved cancellation, the product must be returned to the Provider at the Customer's expense. Products must be returned in their original packaging, accompanied by the original receipt, and within 30 days of the purchase date.

  • In the event of cancellation, the Provider shall refund the purchase amount to the Customer.

  • If cancellation occurs after the Customer has received the product, the Customer shall bear the return shipping costs in addition to any applicable cancellation fees.

  • The cancellation policy applies exclusively to products purchased through the Site. The Provider shall not process returns for products purchased through other channels.

 

Delivery and Shipping

  • The Provider shall ensure delivery of products to the address provided by the Customer during purchase within 21 business days.

  • The Provider shall not be liable for any delay, interruption, or non-delivery resulting from force majeure or circumstances beyond its control.

  • Products shall be delivered to the address provided by the Customer during purchase. Customer pickup from the Provider's premises [is/is not] available.

  • Product prices do not include shipping costs.

Information Security and Privacy

  • The Provider may use form-submitted information to deliver requested information and services. Such personal information shall not be disclosed or used for marketing purposes without consent.

  • The Provider implements standard precautionary measures to maintain information confidentiality to the extent possible. The Provider shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from information loss or unauthorized use in circumstances beyond the Provider's control or resulting from force majeure.

  • The Provider commits to using customer-provided information solely to facilitate Site purchases and in accordance with applicable law.

  • By clicking "Send," the Customer consents to the Provider's use of personal information for product information distribution and additional communications via email or other means, regarding Provider-related services and resources. Furthermore, such information may be used for market research purposes. Customers may request removal from the Provider's distribution list at any time via the contact form. By clicking "Send," the Customer confirms acceptance of this form and its terms.

 

Intellectual Property

  • All intellectual property rights pertaining to this Site are the exclusive property of the Provider.

  • No copying, reproduction, distribution, publication, or other use of any Site information is permitted without prior written consent from the Provider.

 

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • The interpretation and enforcement of these terms and conditions and/or any action or dispute arising therefrom shall be governed exclusively by Israeli law. The competent courts in the districts of Tel Aviv-Yafo, Haifa, Jerusalem, or Be'er Sheva shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any such matters.
